ICPCN is managed by an International Steering Group, which represents all continents.
Day to day administration of the website and membership is managed by the Hospice Palliative Care Association of South Africa (HPCA). The head office of the ICPCN is in Cape Town, South Africa, with an International Information Officer co-ordinating the worldwide work of the ICPCN.
Children's Hospices UK has also played a key role in developing ICPCN, including developing its corporate identity. The ICPCN is also represented on the steering group of the Worldwide Palliative Care Alliance (WPCA) and the Global Network of National Associations.
