Millions of people all over the world are in needless pain because simple inexpensive medication is denied to them. In conjunction with World Cancer Day 2012, and the Pain & Policy Studies Group / WHO Collaborating Center at the University of Wisconsin have released a Morphine Manifesto.
The national palliative care organisation for children's palliative care in Norway has been asked to assist with the drawing up of national policy on end of life care for children.
