We are a Community Based home care organization, providing palliative care to the terminally ill and their families, including orphans and vulnerable children. We operate in 19 towns surrounding De Aar and have 5 Professional Nurses, 1 social Worker and 136 Caregivers. We have to travel vast distances to monitor our services in all the towns [furthest distance is 400km] and caregivers have to walk very far to do their visits.
