Rachel House was established in November 2006 as the first paediatric hospice in Indonesia. We have recently begun our home care team for children with cancer. A 60-bed inpatient hospice is currently being constructed.

Aims of the React Service are to work with families and professionals involved in palliative care of children, offering support and advice from diagnosis or referral to post bereavement. We link well between hospital and community, liaising with various children's services. We provide training and education where necessary. We also act as a resource for the charity React in Scotland, promoting work of the charity, supplying and supporting grant applications as necessary.

Roger's House is an 8 bed pediatric hosipce in Ottawa, Canada's capital city. We serve Eastern and Northern Ontario and Western Quebec. We work closely with the palliative care team at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. We provide end-of-life services, respite, pain & symptom management, transition to home service, per-natal hospice and bereavement support.

We are a consultant led service. We provide specialsit outreach to home and symptom care oncology nursing service from diagnosis for children and young people up to 19 years of age through completion of treatment and/or into palliative care, working with local services across health and social care.
