We serve children with acute pain, chronic pain and pallaitive care needs in the hospital and in the community through inpatient rounding, home visits and clinic appointments. Admission critertia follows ACT's 4 category definitions for those with life limiting life threatening conditions. Our catchment area covers Merseyside, Wirral, Cheshire , North Wales and the Isle of Man. The Hospice to Home service offers 24/7 on call service for end of life care.
