16.07.08 PalliativeCare Toolkit: Improving care from the roots up in resource-limited settings

The toolkit has been written by Dr Vicky Lavy, Dr Charlie Bond and Ruth Wooldridge for Help the Hospices and the Worldwide Palliative Care Alliance.

Grants will be available from Help the Hospices later in the year to use the Toolkit for education and training programmes in India and Sub-Saharan Africa. The grants will be announced on the grants section of the Help the Hospices website www.helpthehospices.org.uk/grants and on the e-newsletter Worldwide Palliative Care Online (WHPCO). Hard copies of the Toolkit and CD Roms have been produced. If you are interested in distributing the Toolkit in resource-limited settings, please contact c.morris@helpthehospices.org.uk.
